What are my payment options?

Has my order shipped?

You will receive an email once your order ships. Alternatively, click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Contact us by email as soon as possible. Please review the Return Policy for more info about general processing time.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent a tracking number (if available) via email when your order ships. Alternatively, click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status.

My items were not delivered.

Click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status. Be sure that the item in question has shipped. If your item is associated with a tracking number please check the status of the delivery using the tracking number with the shipper. Please contact us immediately if the shipper confirms the package has been delivered but you have not received it.

An item is missing from my shipment.

Click on “LOGIN” at the top of the page and enter your email address and password to check your order/shipping status. Be sure that the item in question has shipped, as in rare cases all items may not ship at once. If your item is associated with a tracking number please check the status of the delivery using the tracking number with the shipper. Please contact us immediately if the shipper confirms the package has been delivered but you have not received it.

How do I create an account?

You must order an item in order to create an account. Select ‘New Customer’ on the first page after selecting ‘checkout’.

How do I edit my address on my account?

Log in to your account and select ‘View Addresses’ and then select ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping from our warehouse to your location is automatically calculated when you checkout. You can check the cost when you check out, on your order confirmation email, and you can log in and check this information at any time.

I forgot my password.

No problem. Just click ‘LOGIN’ at the top of the page and then select ‘Forgot your password?’, enter your email your address and we will send you a link to reset your password.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 business days of the date of receipt for a refund less the shipping charges and up to 30 days for an online merchandise credit. Merchandise credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued. Items purchased in the Sale section of our website are Final Sale and may not be returned for Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. 
All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) in the original shoebox, free of damage and postal labels. All merchandise must be unworn. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied.
Please allow 7-10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (this typically takes up to and additional 3-5 business days or one billing cycle). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
When will my order ship?

Most orders will ship between 5-10 business days from the time the order is received.

It usually takes 7-10 days from the time we receive your order to process you credit, please be patient.
